Storing & enjoying your microgreens

• One of the best and most simple ways to store microgreens is to loosely wrap them in damp paper towel, sealed in a plastic bag or container.
  
• When stored this way, microgreens can be expected to last in a refrigerator for up to a week.
  
• It is best to leave microgreens in the refrigerator until right before they are plated or consumed. That way they will not start to dry out or wilt before being served.
• Keeping your refrigerator set to 36 degrees Fahrenheit can make a huge difference in the quality of their preservation.
  
• Always wash before use and recycle the packaging!
